By submitting an article to SimpliFaster, you provide assurance that you hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for all images and video clips included with your work. This includes:

  • Original Content: Media you have personally captured or created.
  • Licensed Content: Media used under a valid license (such as Creative Commons) that permits commercial editorial use.
  • Permission-Based Content: Media used with the documented, express consent of the original copyright holder.

Please note that we cannot publish content containing copyrighted material from third parties (including watermarked stock photos or professional broadcast clips) without verifiable proof of your right to use them. By providing these files, you agree to indemnify SimpliFaster against any claims of copyright infringement related to your submission.
